Jason Haley, PE
Director of Engineering Services


Jason Haley serves the CLB Team as the Director of Engineering Services where all engineering services are performed under his direct supervision.  Jason leads the CLB Design Team through the planning, conceptual design, permitting and final design phases coordinating with the Owner and interested parties to final design approval.  And during the construction phase, Jason works closely with the Owner and Project Representative to ensure quality delivery of the intended design.

Brett Rich, PE
Senior Engineer


Brett Rich services the CLB Team as a Senior Engineer where he leads all Electrical Engineering services.  Brett works closesly with the CLB Team and the Owner to ensure all electrical components are designed and delivered as intended.  If you can imagine it, Brett can make it happen with a little electricity.

Pate Easterling
CAD Manager / Survey Manager


Pate Easterling serves the CLB Design Team as the CAD Manager and Survey Manager.  With a degree in Computer Science, Pate manages all CAD production while maintaining the CLB edge in the highest professional presentation of all Engineering Design documents.

Eugene Beckham
Director of Construction Services


Gene Beckham serves the CLB Team as Director of Construction Services where he oversees all CLB Construction Management, Project Inspection, Estimating and Project Management for all CLB engineered projects and CLB construction projects.  Gene is in his second career after his retirement from upper-level management within the Federal Government.

David Carroll
Construction Manager / Superintendent


David Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Southern Mississippi University and serves CLB as a Construction Manageer or Project Superintendent, depending on the project needs.  David brings a wealth of on-site construction oversight experience on an array of different project types.  Field experience coupled with design experience as well, David brings a blended perspective to each project.

Chuck Phillips
Project Superintendent / Safety Manager


Chuck Phillips serves on the construction side of the CLB house where he fills the dual role of Project Superintendent or Safety Manager, depending on the need.  Chuck is OSHA certified and has provided complete Project Safety Management or served as the Project Superintendent on large and small projects.
